Instructions to make to make Aloo tikki chaat

  1. In mixing bowl add 1/2 cup boiled peas, 1/2 cuo boiled Chana daal add 1tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp crushed zeera,1 tsp salt, 2 tsp chopped green chillies, 1 tsp red chilli power, few mint leaves, 2 tso coriander leaves. Mash them well & keep aside..
  2. Take peeled & boiled 1/2 kg potatoes add 4 tsp corn flour, 2 tsp rice flour & salt,mash the potatoes properly.
  3. Make small baal or paera, place the chana mixture on top of the potato mixture & make medium size Kababas..
    Shallow fry kababs from both sides until golden brown..
  4. For plating add boiled chana over fried kababs, pour yogurt, green chutney,Imili chutney, chopped onion,tomatoes serve with nimco sewv..
