  18. 1 lemon juice

Instructions to make to make Mixed Biryani

  1. Wash meat and apply salt and little turmeric keep aside
  2. In a mixie jar make a paste of green chillies, mint, coriander, ginger and garlic with little salt.
  3. In a cooker add oil then add whole garam masala then add sliced onion and cook till it turns into golden brown.
  4. Take out little onion fir later use.
  5. Now add chopped tomatoes, then green grounded masala,curd, all the dry masala,salt and meat. Mix and cook on high flame for 5 mins.
  6. Add sufficient water cook till meat cooks.
  7. Take a big vessel and add little oil or ghee then fry soaked rice fir 2-3 mins.
  8. Now add cooked meat, lemon juice, add water if needed and cook on high flame.
  9. Once the water is get dry then lower the gas add little ghee on top, coriander, mint and brown onion and keep it on dum for 5-10 mins.
  10. Once done dish out and serve with raita and salad.
